1lbcauliflower florets or pearls (meaning already chopped and packaged)
2-1/2lbsrusset potatoes
1/4cupbutter or to taste
1/4cupmilk or to taste
salt to taste for boiling potatoes
Instructions
In a deep saucepan add butter under low/medium heat and as it begins to melt, add cauliflower and sauté. Stir frequently until tender. About 10 minutes.
In the meantime, peel potatoes and cut them in half or 4 pieces if large. Boil them until tender.
When both are done cooking, mash the potatoes and add the cauliflower. Mix together well.
