Cover short ribs with oil and rub in well.
In a shallow bowl, combine both Casa M Spice Co® spices.
Add oiled short ribs and rub in well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight for more flavor penetration.
Preheat smoker to 225º degrees.
Place short ribs in smoker.
Spray with apple juice every hour for 4 hours.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
After 4 hours all you have to do is enjoy!
