Ingredients

  • 8 burger buns of choice
  • 8 burger patties of choice I did 80%
  • Casa M Spice® Cattle Drive® sprinkled over patties to taste on both sides
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 3 to 4 tomato slices
  • red onion slices to taste
  • queso blanco store bought, to taste

Instructions

  • Season burger patties with Casa M Spice® Cattle Drive® on both sides. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
  • Prep your onions, tomatoes and any other ingredients you'd like to add.
  • Grill your burger patties. You want the grill temperature to be around medium-high to high heat, which is around 375° to 400° degrees.
  • Grilling times:
    Rare: 5-6 minutes
    Medium-rare: 6-7 minutes
    Medium: 8-9 minutes
    Medium-well to well-done: 9+ minutes
  • Remember that all grills may cook differently and outside weather conditions can affect grill temperatures as well.
  • Once your patties are cooked to taste, assemble your burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and queso blanco. Feel free to add other ingredients. Even grill the buns.
