Ingredients
Butter spray
Ciabatta bread
Store bought Pesto
Mozzarella ball, sliced to taste
Tomatoes, sliced to taste
Instructions
Preheat your press.
Slice bread in half.
Slice mozzarella to desired thickness.
Slice tomato to desired thickness.
Spread pesto to taste on either one or both sides. Layer mozzarella, tomatoes to taste. I always prefer my Caprese Panini very thin but you can stack your heart away! Just remember that you are pressing this and it may fall apart while it's pressed down if it's too thick.
When ready, spray panini maker with the butter spray.
Place panini on press and push down gently. You can continue to lightly press down to desired thickness.
