Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground pork (85%)
  • 2 tbs corn or canola oil
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tbs adobo Goya
  • 3 tbs cilantro chopped and separated
  • tomato sauce to taste
  • mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Goya Manzanilla green olives chopped and to taste
  • 1 4 pack personal size Naan bread store bought

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400º degrees.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add oil.
  • Once oil is hot, add the pork and stir for about 5 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, lime juice, adobo, oregano, and 2 tbs of the cilantro.
  • Cook until pork is completely cooked through and no longer secreting liquid and only the oil remains. Set aside.
  • Note: If you like a crispier crust, toast the naan bread before topping it.
  • Place naan on a flat surface. Prepare the toppings desired.
  • Begin assembling the pizzas by spreading the desired amount of tomato sauce, followed by half the amount of the desired mozzarella. Top with the desired amount of pork and then the second half of the mozzarella.
  • In this recipe I topped with olives but you can top with any other ingredients you'd like. Some suggestions are caramelized onions, mushrooms, etc.
  • Place on top of baking pan with a cookie cooling rack.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and enjoy!
