Pulled Pork Toasts

Easy snack or appetizer using leftover pulled pork!

Ingredients

  • Leftover Pernil Pulled Pork
  • 1 French or Italian baguette sliced in about 1-inch thick rounds
  • Butter or spray butter olive oil to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Bbq sauce to taste
  • 2 avocados chopped, for topping
  • Cilantro chopped, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ᴼ degrees.
  • Spread butter thinly (or spray) to taste on to the bread rounds. Both sides.
  • Sprinkle with the desired amount of garlic powder on top side.
  • Bake for about 8 minutes each side or until the edges turn golden.
  • Spread about 1 tsp BBQ sauce on each round or to taste.
  • Place desired amount of pulled pork.
  • Top with desired amount of avocado.
  • Top with desired amount of chopped cilantro.
