Ingredients
Leftover Pernil Pulled Pork
1
French or Italian baguette
sliced in about 1-inch thick rounds
Butter or spray butter
olive oil to taste
Garlic powder
to taste
Bbq sauce
to taste
2
avocados
chopped, for topping
Cilantro
chopped, for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ᴼ degrees.
Spread butter thinly (or spray) to taste on to the bread rounds. Both sides.
Sprinkle with the desired amount of garlic powder on top side.
Bake for about 8 minutes each side or until the edges turn golden.
Spread about 1 tsp BBQ sauce on each round or to taste.
Place desired amount of pulled pork.
Top with desired amount of avocado.
Top with desired amount of chopped cilantro.
