Place all the ingredients in a large, re-sealable freezer bag.
Seal the bag shut and shake, mix well to coat everything in the oil.
Allow it to marinade for at least 4 hours, overnight preferred.
Place into a large roasting pan, spreading the ingredients out into one even layer and ensuring that the sausages aren’t covered by any of the vegetables, they would lay on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes then remove sausages to a plate.
Toss vegetables and return sausages to pan turned over to other side.
Cook for another 25 minutes or until browned.
