Easy Beef Tostadas, Tacos and Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs 85% ground beef
  • 3 tbs lime juice
  • 3 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • 3 tbs Goya Adobo
  • 1/2 tbs ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cilantro (I used semi dried for this recipe)
  • 2 tbs Goya Salad Olives and a bit of the juice
  • 8 oz can Tomato Sauce

Additional ingredients

  • tostadas, tortillas and Boston lettuce
  • shredded taco cheese for topping
  • fresh Salsa or pico de gallo for topping
  • Avocado or Guacamole for topping
  • Lime wedges for topping
  • Fresh Cilantro for topping
  • And whatever your heart desires!

Instructions

  • In a heavy bottom pan, add beef. Immediately add lime juice, soy sauce, adobo, oregano, and garlic. Mix well and begin to brown.
  • Once the beef is brown and still has moisture, add salad olives and tomato sauce. Mix well and allow beef to continue to cook stirring frequently until totally the liquid is gone and the beef is more greasy. During this add the cilantro.
  • Top tostadas and lettuce cups with beef and desired toppings.
