(Start heating the pasta water when you start cooking the chicken. Once you turn the heat down to medium and add in the tomatoes and garlic, you can start cooking the pasta)
Place chicken into pan, season chicken by sprinkling with a little salt, a little pepper and a little oregano. Cook about 3-4 minutes.
Flip chicken and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and oregano again. Cook another 3 minutes.
Turn the heat down a little to medium and add the tomatoes and garlic. Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to soften.
Add in basil and butter, stir until combined.
Turn heat to low and let sit for about 5 more minutes or until your pasta is done cooking. Make sure the base is oily and not watery.
Serve chicken over pasta and add parmesan cheese as desired.
