- 1/2 lb ground pork

- 1/2 cup green cabbage minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh chives
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 pkg 3" round "Shanghai or Hong King Style" dumpling wrappers
Sesame-Soy dipping sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- t tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tbs fresh ginger peeled and minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbs thinly sliced fresh chives
Cabbage leaves for lining, or oiled sheets of parchment paper
