Preheat oven to 350º degrees.
Slice your baguette and lay the slices on a cookie sheet lined baking pan.
Drizzle olive oil over the slices.
Bake until the bread slices are a bit golden, about 10 to 15 minutes.
While bread slices bake, make the tomato mozzarella mixture.
Chop the mozarella.
Slice the tomatoes.
Thinly slice the basil leaves.
Place the tomatoes in a large bowl. Add the 4 tbs of olive oil and garlic. Stir well.
Add the mozarella, balsamic vinaigrette, pepper, salt, basil and stir well.
Chop the leftover turkey.
Once the bread is ready, place turkey on the slices. The amount is up to you and how thick you want them or how much turkey you have left.
Top the turkey with the tomato mozzarella mixture.
Sprinkle the parmesan over top and you are ready to serve.
