Easy Chickpea Salad

Ever had one of those days when you just don’t have the time or energy to cook but still want something tasty? Enter the Easy Chickpea Salad. This salad is a game-changer, taking just about 5 minutes to throw together. It’s perfect for potlucks, gatherings, or those busy days.

Here’s the deal. You start with a can of chickpeas. They’re the backbone of the salad. Then, grab some English seedless cucumbers and chop them up. They add a nice crunch. Grape tomatoes? Yes, slice those in half for a bit of sweetness. A bit of onion for a little kick, and fresh parsley to bring everything together.

But here’s where it gets interesting. Drizzle good quality olive oil over everything. Add minced garlic, because garlic makes everything better. And the star of the show – Spanglish Asadero Surf & Turf seasoning. This seasoning ties all the flavors together in the best way.

Toss everything in a bowl, and if you’re feeling it, top with some avocado slices. Avocado just takes it to the next level. And that’s it. A delicious, quick salad that’s ready in minutes and fits any occasion. Give it a try, and you’ll see how these simple ingredients can create something special.
