Bacon Corn Cheese Dip

Elote (corn) Lollipops that are fried in vegetable oil for 4 minutes and seasoned with Spanglish Asadero's Elote Seasoning. In this image you can see several of them on a black plate. One full coirn on the cob cut in 4 round pieces. Once done, they are topped with the seasoning, chopped cilantro and crumbled Cotija cheese.
