Air Fryer Al Pastor Chicken Wings

If you’re anything like me, wings are an obsession, and finding new ways to make them irresistible is always on my mind. That’s how these Air Fryer Al Pastor Chicken Wings happened, and let me tell you, they’re game-changers.
I seasoned them using Spanglish Asadero’s Al Pastor blend, a mix inspired by the iconic flavors of traditional Al Pastor—pineapple sweetness balanced with smoky chilis and bold garlic. The best part? They’re ready in the air fryer in just about 30 minutes, coming out perfectly crispy outside and tender inside.
You can serve these wings with your favorite dipping sauce, but honestly, they’re amazing on their own, which is how my family land I like them. If you’re looking to upgrade your wing night, or need an easy appetizer that’s bursting with flavor, this recipe is for you.
Trust me, once you make these wings, they’ll become a regular on your table.
