Dominican Fried Chicken Wings

These Dominican Fried Chicken Wings are amazingly flavorful! Once you have one, you will not want to stop eating them. They are that addicting!

We serve with rice and beans or fried green plantains as sides. If you can brine overnight, then season overnight you will get the most intense flavor. But no worries! If you don’t have that much time just brine for 2 hours and then season and refrigerate for another 2. They will still taste great! Now let’s go make some wings!
