10 Minute Burrata Tomato Garlic Bread

10 Minute Burrata Tomato Garlic Bread

This Quick Burrata Tomato Garlic Bread is one of those recipes that looks like it took much longer than it really did. It starts with store bought garlic bread, creamy burrata, tomatoes cooked with garlic and Italian seasoning, and fresh basil at the end and that is it!

I love recipes like this because they make an easy side dish, appetizer, lunch, or something to put out when people come over and it is ready in about 10 minutes. How can you beat that?

The best part is that you do not have to be exact with it. Add a little more garlic if that is your thing. Use as much basil as you want. And when you cut it into pieces, make sure to scoop up any tomatoes or burrata that fall onto the pan and add them right back on top.

Alternative Topping Ideas

This Burrata Tomato Garlic Bread is great as is, but you can easily change it up based on what you have at home:
* Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze after baking for a little sweetness.
* Add red pepper flakes or Calabrian chiles for some heat.
* Top it with prosciutto after it comes out of the oven.
* Spread a little pesto over the garlic bread before adding the burrata.
* Use roasted red peppers instead of tomatoes.
* Add cooked Italian sausage, shredded chicken, or chopped rotisserie chicken to make it more of a meal.
* Add sliced mushrooms, spinach, or artichokes for another easy variation.
* If you cannot find burrata, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, or even goat cheese would work too.

What to Serve With Burrata Tomato Garlic Bread

You can serve this as an appetizer for a casual get together, but it also works as a simple lunch with a salad or bowl of soup. I would also serve it next to pasta, grilled chicken, or a big Italian style dinner.
It is one of those recipes that feels special but takes almost no time at all, which is always a win for me.
