Casa M Spice Co® Smoked Short Ribs
These Smoked Short Ribs are so simple to make. All you really need is time!
As you all know, I am a Brand Ambassador for Casa M Spice Co® and my obsession with the spices is insane! I use them in many of my home cooked meals. I even use them in many of my Latin dishes. The spices go well with everything. I highly recommend you try them!
Getting back to smoking… I recently, FINALLY!, used my smoker, an electric Masterbuilt. I absolutely love it! I was so scared to use it because I always cook on the stove, oven or a slow cooker. This was going to get me out of my comfort zone. I have found that smoking is super easy and that all you need is time, that’s it. Nothing complicated about it at all!
I first used the smoker to create a recipe for Casa M Spice Co®, I went with ribs. 3-2-1 Competition Style Smoked Ribs, and boy was I impressed! I am still craving them two weeks later!
Now, I want to share with you Smoked Short Ribs. These also seasoned with Casa M Spice Co® spices. Again, another major hit!

So here we go, let’s make this!
Ingredients:
6 to 8 short ribs (you can substitute with chuck roast and cut to size)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbs Casa M Spice Co® Cattle Drive
1 tbs Casa M Spice Co® Chain Reaction
Apple juice in a spray bottle
Directions:
Cover short ribs with oil and rub in well.
In a shallow bowl, combine both Casa M Spice Co® spices.
Add oiled short ribs and rub in well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight for more flavor penetration.
Preheat smoker to 225º degrees.
Place short ribs in smoker.
Spray with apple juice every hour for 4 hours.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
After 4 hours all you have to do is enjoy!
