Pulled Pork Toast
Another recipe made with my leftover Dominican Pernil (Pulled Pork)!
Simple, and oh so tasty! The tartness of the bbq sauce combined with the pork and avocado is out of this world delicious!
Let’s get to it!

Leftover pulled pork
1 French or Italian baguette, sliced in about 1-inch thick rounds
Butter or spray butter, olive oil to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
BBQ sauce to taste
2 avocados, chopped
Cilantro, chopped and to taste
Directions:

Sprinkle with the desired amount of garlic powder on top side.
Bake for about 8 minutes each side or until the edges turn golden.
