Pancetta Sausage Pasta

Chorizo flatbread sitting on a serving plate and cut into 5 triangles. The flatbread was brushed with olive oil and garlic, then topped with shredded mozzarella, cooked ground chorizo, Mexican Cheese blend, Mexican crema and sprinkled with finely chopped cilantro. An absolute family favorite in our home.
