This awesome Latin Pizza Party recipe was submitted to me by Nathan Bershadsky, follower and fellow New Yorker now living in the beautiful state of AZ.
Nathan has created a wonderful recipe here, one that is wonderfully spicy in every bite. The manchego cheese and the prosciutto add a layer of saltiness and smoothness. The pico de gallo topping, well, takes this recipe top a whole other level.
I used Delallo pizza dough kit. But you can buy an already made crust if you’d like to.
I knew this pizza would be good but I never expected to like it this much. Now this pizza recipe will be a go-to for me when I have company and of course, I will let everyone know how I found this recipe.

Ingredients
Pizza dough or ready crust
Tomatillo salsa, to taste
Shredded Mozzarella cheese, to taste
Pork chorizo, cooked
Manchego cheese, chopped, to taste
Prosciutto, to taste
Pico de gallo, to taste
Directions
Prepare pizza dough.
Spread tomatillo salsa leaving about 1 inch of the pizza edge untouched.
Top with mozzarella to taste.
Top with chorizo to taste.
Top with manchego cheese to taste.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Bring pizza out and top with prosciutto to taste. Why after 10 minutes? You don’t want the prosciutto to dry out.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
You can top the whole pizza with pico de gallo or by individual slices.
