Cauliflower Potato Mash

This Cauliflower Potato Mash is one of the most delicious sides you can have with your meal. I love the texture you get when putting these two together and with my short cut, buying the cauliflower already chopped, well, it’s a huge time saver! So go ahead and use those if you can. It’s a super easy recipe!

  1. I believe you left the splash of milk out of your recipe instructions. Looks like it would be fun to experiment with the relative amounts of cauliflower and spuds. I’m tempted to toss in some cheese as well.

    1. Hi! I see that the recipe card and the body of the post have milk included. Cheese would be good but if I did add it, I would do it once I am done cooking the mash and just top it with cheese while its hot so it melts. 😉
