Cod Fish Tacos with Red Cabbage Slaw

This is a recipe developed for Casa M Spice Co®. Simple and delicious. You can replace with other white flaky fish like flounder, tilapia. Even shrimp!

This is the ingredient list for my version:

For the slaw
4 cups finely shredded red cabbage
½ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper

For the sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 oz diced green chile peppers (add more for spicier taste)

For the fried fish
1 to 1 ½ lbs cod fillets
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
1 tbsp Casa M Spice Co® Hooked
1 ½ cups light beer like Corona
Canola, corn, or vegetable for frying

For the tacos
12 corn or flour tortillas
Lime wedges for garnish
Chopped cilantro for garnish
