Instructions
For the taco wonton cups
- Heat oven to 375º degrees.
- Brown the beef. Halfway through browning, add lime juice, oregano and adobo.
- Make sure to drain leftover natural oil/fat from the beef. Set aside and keep warm.
- To a 12 cup muffin pan, spray oil (I used Pam).
- Lay two wonton wrappers in each muffin cup with edges going in different directions. (think of a flower layout).
- Spray oil over all the wontons. This will ensure crispness on the inside too.
- Bake for about 8 minutes. Keep an eye on them as not all ovens cook the same.
- Once done, remove from the pan and allow to cool down.
- Gather your toppings and let's fill these babies!
- In mine, I started with beef, then guacamole, then pico de gallo and taco cheese. But feel free to make it yours as well.
